Zoya LE Peter Som Trio Water Marble!
It’s finally Saturday! After feeling icky all day yesterday I decided to relax and try out a water marble with the Zoya Peter Som Trio! When I reviewed the trio I had said I was itching to marble with them, so here it is!
I know this isn’t perfect, and I never claimed to be a nail art specialist! I do water marbles, dotticures, etc when I have some free time and to relax a bit. I’m fairly happy with the results though and I loved the three colors together! First I’m going to post all 3 colors separately for those who missed the original post!
Jacqueline:
Jacqueline is described as a perfectly balanced opaque nude cream with cool and warm undertones.
Neely:
Neely is described as a full coverage opaque creamy mint with subdued undertones.
Sharon:
Sharon is described as a full coverage creamsicle orange. A subtle and soft interpitation of bold color.
Now part of why I was itching to marble these was because I knew Sharon would really pop against Neely and Jacqueline, and I was right! I loved the outcome of this!
I have tried marbling with various brands, and I have had people ask why I would use a more expensive polish like Zoya to marble with instead of a $1-2 polish from a drugstore. Simply put, I have the best luck with Zoya polish!
Before I started, I realized I was out of tape which is what I usually use to protect my skin. I also don’t have any vaseline which is another way to protect from polish all over the fingers. BUT I did have Sunny’s Miracle Balm which can be found through the 365 Days of Color Shop! Last week I bought the “Miracle Balm Sampler set” and I’m in LOVE with them! I know my fingers look a bit shiny in the photos and that’s partly why, the Miracle Balm helped a ton though with cleanup.
As I said in a previous post, the Peter Som Trio from Zoya was limited edition and it sold out super quick! BUT my fingers are crossed that all 3 colors will reappear in the Spring of 2013!
As always – Zoya Nail Polish retails for $8.00 per bottle and can be found at the Zoya Website! They have over 300 gorgeous colors to choose from!

Wish I had purchased this trio. :(
I’m really hoping they come back in the Spring!
I love the colors together, and your marbles turn out so great!
I love them together as well! And thank you <3
I wish I could water marble like you :) this looks fabulous
Thank you Jessica!
ugh! I didn’t purchase and now I regret it. These are lovely and they look perfect together!! Great job :)
I didn’t purchase the last sets they had an regretted it, so I bought these without really looking at the colors! Hopefully they rerelease them!
I wish I bought these :( So pretty.
REALLY hoping they are released again in the Spring! A lot missed out :(
Firstly…Your nails look so healthy and i’m jealous. I’ve never been able to grow them because they’re thin and frail :( Second. That marbling looks amazing. Your nails remind me of those 70’s Flower decorations :)
Thank you Melanie! After 10 years of acrylics my nails were thin and I started using the Trind Perfect System and it helped my nails get back to their old selves.
I just love these. What a great job you did! The colors work well together.
Thank you Kelly!
Gorgeous!!! What a beautiful marble!
Thank you Shannon!
When you use the balm to protect your fingers for marbling, how do you remove the polish from your fingers? Does it just wipe off with a tissue??
I use a pointed qtip and run it along my finger and it picks up the excess. I prefer a qtip to tissue for control reasons
Awesome issues here. I’m very happy to peer your post. Thank you so much and I’m looking forward to contact you. Will you please drop me a e-mail?
