Urban Grunge Metallic Holos Collection

Zoya has a new collection out for Fall 2016, and it’s split into two sets. The first set I’m about to show you is the Zoya Fall 2016 Urban Grunge Metallic Holos Collection, and the second is the Urban Grunge One Coat Creams, which I will be showing you a bit later today!

You have no idea how insanely excited I was to see Zoya made more holo fleck shades to join Dream, Storm and Aurora. It’s been awhile since Zoya has done them, and they came back with a bang. Half of this collection contains holographic flecks and half are shimmery metallics.

Let’s take a look at the Zoya Fall 2016 Urban Grunge Metallic Holos Collection

Zoya Alicia

Zoya Alicia is my favorite of the collection. This is a sheer silvery base with fine gold shimmer and packed with silver holographic flecks. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Zoya Finley

Zoya Finley is a deep royal purple jelly base with silver holographic flecks mixed in. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Zoya Merida

Because of the name, I imagined this shade being more of a fiery orangey red. I’m not complaining, the actual color is pretty gorgeous. Zoya Merida is a deep everygreen jelly base with silver holographic flecks mixed in. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Zoya Britta

Zoya Britta is a deep berry metallic base with gold, red and purple shimmery flecks. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Zoya Ash

Zoya Ash is a deep cherry red metallic with red and gold shimmer flecks mixed in. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Zoya Troy

Zoya Troy is the final shade in this half of the Zoya Fall 2016 Collection. Troy is a deep pewter metallic base with black and gold shimmery flecks mixed in. I also see small flashes of lavender within the shimmer. I used 2 coats and a glossy topcoat for these photos.

Zoya Fall 2016 Urban Grunge Metallic Holos Collection Overview

I think Fall is the season for polish in 2016. I have been so incredibly excited seeing all the gorgeous shades coming out from both indie and mainstream brands. The Zoya Fall 2016 Urban Grunge Metallic Holos Collection was well done and again, I am so happy to see Zoya coming back with some holo flecks! The metallics were nicely done as well. Opaque in just 2 coats and brush stroke free. The only shade in this collection that needed more than 2 coats was Alicia, but that’s due to her sheer base.
