Happy Monday! What better way to kick off the week than to share my Zoya Focus collection with you? I know, I know – you’ve probably already seen it a few times (or more than a few) in your feed, but here we go with my shots of it.
I got the opportunity to meet with Zoya while at Cosmoprof NA which was really exciting. Of all the brands I’ve worked with on my blog, Zoya is actually my longest relationship. I was invited to join their team while my blog was about a week old (after I did a water marble using their products) wanna see my baby blog post from back then? Check it out HERE. The layout is 10 kinds of messed up from posts way back then, but that’s ok.
So I was excited to have the chance to speak with Zoya and my nails were done, so Nick was a trooper and let Zoya show us the Naked Manicure set AND give him a mani!
Zoya was very nice to talk to and thank you Nick for allowing her to give you a manicure!
Now are we ready to see the Fall 2015 Focus collection? I previewed both Fall 2015 collections at CPNA and was excited to receive them… so let’s take a look.
Sia
Zoya Fall 2015 Focus Collection Sia Swatch
Sia is described as a true royal blue cream. It might just be one of the best blue cremes Zoya has put out. I used 2 easy coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
I did not experience any staining with this shade.
Hannah
Zoya Fall 2015 Focus Collection Hannah Swatch
Hannah is a bright, classic red creme. I used 2 easy coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
Janel
Zoya Fall 2015 Focus Collection Janel Swatch
Janel is a deep red cream with warm undertones. Of the 2 reds, this is the more Fall appropriate one for me. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
Lidia
Zoya Fall 2015 Focus Collection Lidia Swatch
Lidia is a rich eggplant creme. This is the kind of color that gets me ready for Fall. I did feel this formula was a slight bit thinner than the others and needed 3 thin coats for full opacity.
Desiree
Zoya Fall 2015 Focus Collection Desiree Swatch
Desiree is a slightly dusty chocolate brown. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
Charli
Zoya Fall 2015 Focus Collection Charli Swatch
Charli is a dusty taupe with some green mixed in. I honestly don’t know if I like Charli or not. It’s interesting, but I don’t think it’s a “me” color. Formula wise though, it was good – 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
Zoya Fall 2015 Focus Collection Overview
Application wise, I was quite happy with this collection. All of them had perfect application in just 2 coats except Lidia, which required 3. Color wise, they are pretty – but I do feel like I’ve seen most of them before. Charli is the only exception, I do believe that one might be unique to my cream collection. I own over 300 Zoyas and I’m pretty sure Sia might be the best blue Zoya has created to date… guess a comparison post may be in order for several of these to see for sure though – right?

[…] was busy today! I just showed you Zoya’s Focus Collection for Fall 2015, and as most people know, Zoya usually puts out 2 6 piece collections every season – so now I […]
I’ll have one of each, please. :D
I love the look of Charli but I’d be uncomfortable wearing it. The blue and purple though are right up my alley.
I like a number of these too. But Janel really speaks to me. It looks like a shade from the 1940s or 50s
You are as gorgeous as your flawless nails and swatches!
I especially like Sia, which I feel like is an unusual but welcome mix to the typical Fall nail polish range. It’s my favorite of the set!
I love Fall collex. Sia and Charli are my picks!
Perfect collection for Fall! I really like Lidia, and may have to pick it up.
This whole collection – just…. wow! And Nick looks like he’s having a good time! haha
