I’m still swatching away and cropping photos… and up next we have the Vapid Lacquer Winter / Black Friday 2020 Release!

This is a 7 piece release on the polish side (lots of bath and body goodies coming) and includes the annual Happy Freakin’ New Year and Black Friday shades! Every year those 2 shades usually tie into previous ones in some way, but are tweaked to be a bit different.

These release November 27th (today!) at 10am CST and for Black Friday – all polish is 20% off on the site! No code needed either.

Vapid Lacquer | Happy Freakin’ New Year 2021

Happy Freakin’ New Year 2021 is a scattered holographic base loaded with silver holographic bar glitters. This can be used as a topper, but i used it in 2 coats all by itself!

Vapid Lacquer | Black Friday 2020 (Magnetic)

Black Friday 2020 is a black jelly base loaded with gold magnetic pigment and a light dusting of holo pigment. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

This can be a topper as well, but i like the olive tones it kind of has by itself. I do show it magnetized and unmagnetized.

This shade is only available for 24 hours or until it sells out, whichever comes first. From 10 am to 10 am. 

Vapid Lacquer | Cookies for Satan

I really thought this was Cookies for Santa… like this was a wholesome polish. It wasn’t until I read the paper included from Krys that I realized it was Cookies for Satan. Not as wholesome as I originally thought.

Cookies for Satan is a medium taupe creme base loaded with pink to violet to gold shimmer and a subtle scattered holo effect. the holo is SUPER subtle.I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Vapid Lacquer | Winter Wasteland

Winter Wasteland is a grape purple crelly base loaded with aqua to blue to magenta shifting shimmer. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Vapid Lacquer | Cranberry Frost

Cranberry Frost is a berry pink linear holographic shade. The holo is more intense than my photos let on… my lighting just isn’t made for holo. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Vapid Lacquer | Feast & Overindulgence

Feast & Overindulgence is a deep blue jelly base loaded with iridescent flakes that shift blue to green to purple to pink to gold. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Vapid Lacquer | Mischief Maker

Mischief Maker is a red jelly base with red to copper to gold shifting flakes. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

This is a true red jelly. The flakes shifting colors are harder to see within, so it almost looks like fire dancing in the jelly base.

So many pretties. Black Friday 2020 is probably my top pick. I do like Happy Freakin’ New Year 2021 – however, I’m not a HUGE fan of bar glitters – so not sure how much I would reach for it. Mischief Maker is probably my next favorite.

Along with these items, there will be a lot of bath and body – as well as some new scents being brought in.
