It’s mid June, our office air conditioning isn’t working well and … I feel hot and sticky. So .. I’m grumpy again. It’s about 103 outside and about 95 in the office. I seriously wasn’t made for this kind of weather.

Anyways, that’s not what we’re here to discuss! Vapid has a collection launching for preorder soon! That’s right – no scrambling at launch time… it’s a preorder. The preorder will be for the Vapid Lacquer The Cosmos Collection (Regular & Dirty) 2019 Edition!

When Krys has done polls to find out what to bring back (within her control) The Cosmos comes up often. These originally released for the 1st Vapibirthday celebration. Then the Dirty Versions released in July of 2017 and I often see people doing ISO posts in groups looking for one or two of them. Krys was able to bring them back, so here we are.

These are the same as the originals overall. The only difference is they are more opaque this time around. They were pretty opaque initially – but while swatching these, even with my thin coat swatch method – these were damn near 1 coat polishes. All 12 swatch sets were done using 2 thin coats, no base color to amp it up.

The originals had good coverage, and looking back on my original post – I did them all in 2 semi-thicker coats. But overall, same colors but a little more oomph in the opacity department.

As I mentioned at the start – these are the same colors and shifts as the originals, but beefed up a bit. The opacity of these make them close to being 1 coat wonders, but I do use thinner coats when painting, so I used 2 on each photo with top coat.

Again, this will be PREORDER style! No caps, no limits – you can buy it in a set or individually. The preorder will last for one week. Then it goes *poof*
