Happy Saturday! Running through last minute again. I’ve been busy with back to school, my son started behind the wheel driving, and work has just been busy… plus lots of swatching. I have so much coming at you all this week – it’s kinda wild. But today we will be looking at the Vapid Lacquer Halloween/Fall 2023 Release!

For these swatches, I did use Vapid Lacquer Commitment Issues Peel Off Base Coat, I also used Vapid Lacquer Pessimist (black creme), and High Shine Quick Dry Top Coat. All of these can be found in the Vapid Lacquer shop.

These all release in less than 20 minutes – so lets jump right in and take a look.

Vapid Lacquer | Pumpkin Dreams

Pumpkin Dreams is a slightly pinkish orange coral jelly base loaded with green to blue shimmer. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Vapid Lacquer | Cold Spots

Cold Spots can be worn alone or over another color (I do show it over black in my YouTube video) and it’s a sheer pearly white base loaded with purple to blue shifting shimmer, as well as iridescent rainbow microflakes. I am wearing 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Vapid Lacquer | Campfire Stories

Campfire Stories is a smokey medium grey base loaded with red to orange to gold metallic flecks, as well as silver and red reflective glitters. I used 2 coats an da glossy top coat for these photos.

This may need glitter smoother, depending on how thick your coats are. I was okay with just top coat.

Vapid Lacquer | Cemetery Stroll

Cemetery Stroll is a warm grape purple jelly base loaded with blue to purple shimmer, as well as green to blue to purple shifting flakes. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Vapid Lacquer | Sea Hag

Sea Hag is a deep blue leaning teal jelly base loaded with purple reflective glitters. i used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos, but depending on thickness of your coats – you may want to use glitter smoother.

Vapid Lacquer | Halloween/Fall 2023 Release

My top picks are Cemetery Stroll and Campfire Stories with Pumpkin Dreams a close 3rd.

I had no application issues at all and everything looks amazing.
