Happy Sunday! I have the Vapid Lacquer April 2023 Release to share today!
This is a very.. blue forward, 4 piece release. Kind of get the feeling of transitioning from Winter to Spring with this set. To see all 4 swatched – check out my Youtube channel:
I did need 3 thin coats on all 4 shades. They all have a fairly sheer jelly base and the flakes and/or shimmer in each are what help build the opacity up.
Release date is set for April 29th at 2pm Central… so be ready. These will all be limited stock. Krys did make a good amount of each – but there are no plans to rerelease them.

Vapid Lacquer | Stay Classy
Stay Classy is a soft pink jelly base loaded with rose gold to gold to pink shimmer and iridescent flakes that shift gold to pink to green. I used 3 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos. The final photo shows it as matte.
Vapid Lacquer | Lost In A Daydream
Lost In A Daydream is a crystal blue jelly base loaded with red to greent o gold shimmer, as well as red and copper micro sparks. I used 3 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos. The final photo shows it as matte.
Vapid Lacquer | Superbloom!
Superbloom! is a teal jelly base loaded with blue to magenta to purple shifting shimmer, as well as larger particle red to orange to gold to green shimmer flecks. I used 3 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos. The final photo shows it as matte.
Vapid Lacquer | Oooohh… Trippy!
Ooooohh… Trippy! is my favorite of the group. This is a sheer, cool toned purple jelly base loaded with an almost pastel purple to pink to green micro flecks that come together to give it a metallicy foil look. I used 3 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos. The final photo shows it as matte.

My top 2 picks are definitely Ooooohh… Trippy! and Superbloom! Both shades have an interesting shifty look about them. Due to all 4 shades being sheerer bases, I did need 3 coats to get opacity on all.
