Press Sample of the Treo Lacquer
an You Dig It Treo & BioShock Polishes
I have 5 new polishes to show you today that actually release tomorrow (hey, I’m still on time… I’ll take it) and they are the Treo Lacquer Can You Dig It Treo & BioShock Polishes!
The Can You Dig It Treo is a 70’s inspired trio that is perfect for Autumn! If you follow the Polished Gamers group – they recently had a BioShock themed box, and Amanda of Treo Lacquers created a polish for it. She completed the “treo” by making 2 more that will release tomorrow.
Ready to jump in? We will kick things off with the Can You Dig It Treo, then move into the BioShock shades.
Treo Lacquer | Lava Lamp
Lava Lamp is a warm reddish brownish plummy jelly base loaded with copper holographic pigment and micro copper glitter. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
Despite the microglitters, the jelly base was “plump” enough to float them without causing a gritty texture, so you should only need 1 coat of top coat for a smooth finish.
Treo Lacquer | Shag Carpet
Shag Carpet is a mustard yellow crelly base loaded with holo copper pigment and micro copper glitter. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
Treo Lacquer | Bell-Bottoms
Bell-Bottoms is a warm, red tinged brown crelly base with holo copper pigment and micro copper glitters. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
Treo Lacquer | Evening With Sander Cohen
Evening With Sander Cohen is a clear base packed with red, green and purple glitters in both micro and small sized glitters. This is a thirsty glitter, so you will most likely need 2 coats of top coat for a smooth, glassy finish. I used 3 thin coats and 1 coat of top coat for these photos.
Treo Lacquer | Harvesting ADAM
Harvesting ADAM is a rusty orange creme base with subtle golden shimmer and flecks. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
This shade is a bit more brown tinged in person.
Treo Lacquer | Can You Dig It Treo & BioShock Polishes
This release completely gives the Autumn vibes and makes me want to find my scarves and boots. The 70’s collection is the perfect “treo” for the season for sure – and does remind me a lot of the 70’s colors. All we need is a puke green and it’s complete. Anyone else’s parents or grandparents have those green appliances they bought with Blue Chip Stamps?
