I was hoping I would be able to present the full Color4Nails Valentine’s Day Duo collaboration between Lacquester and Tonic Nail Polish, but sadly the mail system has trapped my Lacquester shade somewhere between Amsterdam and California. Because of that, I will only be showing the Tonic Nail Polish half of the duo today! So let’s take a look at Tonic Nail Polish Be My Violet-tine.
Don’t worry, if/when the mail system decides to release my Lacquester half of the duo, I will show that as well!
This duo was released yesterday on the Color4Nails site, and sold out fairly quickly. Color4Nails will be opening up the duo for preorders starting tomorrow (Thursday the 16th) and the preorder will continue until Sunday the 19th at 11:59 PM PST
Tonic Nail Polish Be My Violet-tine
Tonic Nail Polish Be My Violet-tine is a deep blue based purple jelly base packed with a red to orange to green shimmer and matching red to orange to green iridescent flakes. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
I also assure you that the stunningness of this shade can’t be capture in photos.
Tonic Nail Polish Be My Violet-tine Overview
Again, pictures simply don’t capture this beauty. The shimmer and flakes really come alive in different lighting against the deep base and it’s incredible. I am hoping to receive the Lacquester half of the duo before preorder closes so I can show that as well. This duo is exclusive to Color4Nails and 100 sets already sold out at launch yesterday. Thankfully Lindsey at Tonic Nail Polish and Caroline of Lacquester are creating more in order to allow Sisi at Color4Nails to open up preorder for a few days!
Also – my affiliate code IS usable on this duo!
