I have another Tonic Nail Polish post for you today! I’ve been busy today and the posts are rolling out (if you’ve been following, you are well aware of that!) I’m still swatching too… so a lot more are coming in the next few days.

Next up we have Tonic Nail Polish May Birthday Baby Duo!

This gorgeous duo was created in honor of Lindsey’s son’s 4th birthday! Happy (almost) Birthday Nico! Nico’s favorite color is green, the May birthstone is emerald, and one of Lindsey and Nico’s favorite books to read together is “Oh the Places You’ll Go” by Dr. Seuss, so it was fitting to draw inspiration from the book.

This duo will release in limited quantities on May 7th, and will restock again once in June.

Let’s take a look at each color

You’ll Move Mountains

You’ll Move Mountains is a deep, glowy emerald green with emerald green shimmer. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

The Places You’ll Go

The Places You’ll Go is an emerald green base with green to blue to purple to pink to gold shifting multichrome shimmer within. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

This does start off sheer, but it builds up beautifully.

The Places You’ll Go shade at this time is sold as a set with a matching necklace that The Holo Pineapple made with this polish!

Tonic Nail Polish May Birthday Baby Duo

I love sentimental duos, so this is touching to me. My son and I used to read this book together all the time, and when we were donating his books, I pulled this one out and asked if he wanted to keep or donate and he said keep because it was our special book.

That made me tear up.

So I get why this is meaningful to Lindsey, and I think it’s wonderful that she gets
