We’ve talked about it numerous times, but I’m going to say it again – my schedule is CRAZY. I work full time, I raise my little boy full time and I blog on the side. When I have a little time to myself, I don’t want to go out much – I want to stay in and relax. Those quick moments are when I like to self pamper and unwind.
As you probably also know, my hands are on display here a LOT. I go through hundreds of dollars of nail polish remover a year and I rely on oils and treatments to keep my skin photo ready so I don’t cringe when I post large, up close photos.
So I started using Parasilk gLOVE Treats. I’ve been using both the gloves and booties and they are a complete game changer to your manicures and pedicures.

The method is used for physical therapy, and often it’s used to help arthritis, carpal tunnel, as well as other joint or muscle issues. Since I do have arthritis in my ankle, it makes for an easy at home treatment, especially at the end of a long work day.
These boots aren’t made for walking though, so follow pretty much the same instructions as the gloves, tighten the velcro strap, get comfy and wait 10 minutes. Not only does it help soothe the chronic ache, it also helps out my incredibly neglected feet.

Wow, this seems way better than having a paraffin spa in the house – i love the wax treatment and this would be way more convenient.
