Another release happening tonight is another edition of The Polish Palette! This is the 3rd release and I think it gets better with each box!

Once again Tonic Nail Polish and Rogue Lacquer are back with a set of 4 polishes perfect for the season.

Let’s do what I always do with boxes and go over what this is. It’s still fairly new, so someone might stumble on this and want to know.

What is The Polish Palette? It’s a quarterly (not monthly) collaboration box that was created by Tonic Polish and Rogue Lacquer. At the current time it will only be those 2 makers involved. They may invite guests in the future, but for now – it’s their baby. The plan is to keep it quarterly – so 4 boxes a year vs a monthly 12 boxes a year deal.

When The Polish Palette for each quarter goes up, it will be for a discounted price as a set. At a much later date (probably 4-6 months later), the polishes within each box may be available for individual purchase.

Okay so why is it called The Polish Palette? Tonic and Rogue Lacquer are basing each box off a color palette so that each set is cohesive and not just random colors.

Tonic Nail Polish | Afterglow

Afterglow is a cool toned pink leaning lavender linear holographic with strong pink shimmer. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Tonic Nail Polish | Break Of Day

Break Of Day is a stunning thermal that goes from deep grey when cold to pale blue when warm and has strong coppery shimmer throughout. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

I currently still have a fever, so I could only do transition shots for these.

Rogue Lacquer | Super Moon

Super Moon is a pale yellow scattered holographic with intense gold shimmer. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Rogue Lacquer | Lunar Rainbow

Lunar Rainbow is a deep teal tinged grey base with rainbow crystal chameleon flakes. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

The base for this was on the sheerer side, and I use thin coats to begin with. If you use normal coats, you may still need 3 – but it will be more opaque than mine.

Each box I absolutely fall in love with. My top picks for this box were Break Of Day and Super Moon, but the remaining 2 are quite beautiful as well. All 4 shades applied beautifully.
