It’s time to see the next Holo Hookup Box! Ready to look at The Holo Hookup October 2016 Clue The Mystery? That’s right! This month’s theme is CLUE! Starrily joins as the guest this month along with Different Dimension, Cupcake Polish and Glisten & Glow.

Quick rundown for those new to The Holo Hookup!

This is an all holographic box and each month it will have 3 constant indie makers in it – Glisten & Glow, DIFFERENT dimension and Cupcake Polish. Each month there will also be one “guest” contributor, and for October 2016 the guest is Starrily!

While I always liked the board game, I use to watch the movie over and over. I believe my sister and I wore the VHS tape out when I was younger. We’re both huge Tim Curry fans!

Let’s take a closer look at each polish.

Cupcake Polish – Mr. Green in the Lounge

Mr. Green In The Lounge is an emerald green linear holographic with added gold shimmers. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

DIFFERENT dimension – Professor Plum In the Conservatory

Professor Plum In the Conservatory is a plum linear holographic with heavy orange shimmer. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Glisten & Glow – Mrs. Peacock In The Billiard Room

Mrs. Peacock In The Billiard Room is a deep blue linear holographic with gold and green shimmer as well as small galaxy holo glitters. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Starrily – Miss Scarlett In The Ballroom

Last up we have the guest maker’s polish – Miss Scarlett In The Ballroom! This is a rich scarlet red linear holo with a subtle hint of gold micro glitters mixed in. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Lots of pretties this month that all have a nice Fall vibe! I’m happy with the selected theme and am really loving that the themes from Holo Hookup are a little different than others I’ve seen. I had no application issues with any of these shades and all reached full opacity in just 2 coats.

Also, sorry if my post seems a little “jumbled” I had a week staycation (just like a normal job, sometimes you need to take a week off and I do it every year!) and then was hit with a flu bug right after, so I’m really out of sorts right now.
