Happy Monday! Tomorrow a new collection is releasing… and it’s the Sweet & Sour Lacquer I’m A Jewel Collection!

I’m A Jewel collection is a 4 piece set (okay so it’s a quad but I prefer the word collection) of jewel toned jelly bases with matching metallic flakes.

When I first saw photos / bottle shots of this set – I knew they looked pretty. Nothing prepared me for in person though. They are beautiful and bold flakies with rich jelly bases so you only 2 coats for full opacity;.

Let’s jump in and take a look – these release tomorrow at 11am Central!

Sweet & Sour Lacquer | Radiant Ruby

Radiant Ruby is a deep red jelly base with red metallic flakes. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

This shade of red leans into cool toned territory, and it is deep, but not “vampy” deep.

Sweet & Sour Lacquer | Spontaneous Sapphire

Spontaneous Sapphire is a deep blue jelly base with blue metallic flakes. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Sweet & Sour Lacquer | Tenacious Tanzanite

Tenacious Tanzanite is a deep, grape jelly base (now I want a PB&J) with warm purple metallic flakes. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Sweet & Sour Lacquer | Adventurous Apatite

Adventurous Apatite is a deep turquoise jelly base with teal metallic flakes mixed in. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Sweet & Sour Lacquer | I’m A Jewel Collection

I do love the simple use of flakes and how they look fancy without all the bling aspects. Adventurous Apatite and Spontaneous Sapphire are my top favorites.

I had no issues with application with any of these shades.
