It’s time for the second round of the Stardust Collaboration! For May 2020 we have Seashells as the theme!

The Stardust Collaboration is very new. This is the second release and basically .. Stardust will be a fun little set with shimmer and possibly multichromes. I only know a little about it, but Meagan of Ethereal did tell me that this would always be a fairly small collab with probably a max of 3 makers involved at a time.

Ethereal Lacquer & Kathleen & Co will be creating these together  and for their second theme, they picked Seashells and these are shimmer packed shades! They will be available from May 29th (tomorrow) until June 1st.

Lets take a look

Ethereal Lacquer | Shell Yeah

Shell Yeah is a cool toned hot Barbie pink crelly base loaded with red to gold to green shimmer. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Light brushstrokes are visible with application.

Kathleen & Co | Green Abalone

Green Abalone is a light-medium, slightly dusty turquoise jelly base loaded with turquoise to aqua to purple shifting shimmer. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Both of these shades are ones I would gravitate to. The Ethereal does give me a bit of lobster hands – but most brighter shades do that to me in the pink, red and orange families.

While last month’s shades were on the sheerer side – both of this months actually got really nice opacity and I did do 3 thin coats, but I suspect 2 normal coats would have been just fine.
