SoFlaJo has just released her Party Time Collection and sent me a polish from the line to review – and it is beautiful!

I received Red Carpet, so lets take a look at the swatch!

Usually I want to throw a top coat on matte finish polishes, but this one was just gorgeous as is, so I left it!

Red Carpet is a medium red matte finish with the tiniest holo glitters scattered within.  At first glance they are hard to see, but outdoors you catch little flashes of holo goodness.  I only needed 2 coats to reach full opacity.  Application was perfect and dry time was amazing.  When you first apply Red Carpet, it looks like a normal shimmer polish and it isn’t until the nail has a complete coat that it starts to dry to a matte finish.  Plenty of time to get it done without pulling or streaking, but it’s dry by the time you get to the last nail on your hand to start coat #2!
