Today I have the SinfulColors Having A Blast Collection for 4th of July 2015 to share with you! This is actually a 7 piece collection, and I have 6 of the 7 shades to show you.
This collection has the classics you need to create the perfect 4th of July mani without breaking the bank! Most of these shades are from previous collections, or even their core collection – so you might have a few floating around in your stash already!
SinfulColors Snow Me White
SinfulColors Having A Blast Collection Snow Me White Swatch
Snow Me White is a clean, white creme polish. I used 2 coats for these photos and Girly Bits Glitter Glaze as a top coat.
SinfulColors Ruby Ruby
SinfulColors Having A Blast Collection Ruby Ruby Swatch
Ruby Ruby is a gorgeous red crelly. I used 2 coats for these photos and Girly Bits Glitter Glaze as a top coat.
SinfulColors Hot Spot
SinfulColors Having A Blast Collection Hot Spot Swatch
Hot Spot is a shimmery cobalt blue. Minor brush strokes are visible due to the shimmer and it was a bit thinner than I expected, but not in a watery sense. I needed to use 3 coats for these photos (due to the sheerness) and Girly Bits Glitter Glaze as a top coat.
SinfulColors Out Of This World
SinfulColors Having A Blast Collection Out Of This World Swatch
Out Of This World takes a little work, but I was pleasantly surprised with how much I like it. This is a sheer silver base packed with fine, light silver shimmer. I used 3 coats and Girly Bits Glitter Glaze as a top coat.
SinfulColors Green Ocean
SinfulColors Having A Blast Collection Green Ocean Swatch
Green Ocean is a sheer green jelly base packed with glass flecks. I used 1 coat over Snow Me White. I found that Green Ocean alone takes 4-5 coats in order to reach an opacity I desire.
SinfulColors Star Blast Off
SinfulColors Having A Blast Collection Star Blast Off Swatch
Star Blast Off is an incredibly sheer red base (you can see it tinted Out Of This World base to a pink) with red and blue hex glitters as well as white micro glitter and white stars. I used 1 coat over Out Of This World and had no issues with glitter distribution.
Having A Blast Collection Overview
While a lot of these may already be kicking around in your stash, I find them to be polishes that are needed in every collection. Snow Me White has always been an excellent white for me. Ruby Ruby is definitely a red worth owning as well, if you are a red fan. Out Of This World is a nice shimmery shade, but it does apply sheer. If you are a fan of glitter top coats that are for holidays – then grab Star Blast Off as well!

I’m surprisingly underwhelmed by the blue since I normally adore Sinful blues but that red is gorgeous!
I liked the blue due to the shimmer, but I do agree – they have some amazing blues and this one doesn’t compare to others :)
Pretty indeed!!! I am eyeing on that Star Blast. I super find it pretty and unique. Can’t wait to try this out.
That’s definitely one I recommend grabbing since it’s limited edition!
