I have a few posts coming up of purchases I personally made. While I love seeing what new collections are coming out, I also love seeing a little bit of what bloggers purchase. What items made them jump in, especially considering there are a lot out there that own an epic ton of polishes.
My most recent “I NEED THAT!” purchase was Serum No 5 Flashing Lights.
I know, it doesn’t look like much. A fine silver glitter. I used 1 coat on bare nails and it gave them a nice, sheer wash of sparkle. This isn’t a polish I would wear every day, but for parties where photos are happening? Oh heck yes.
When under a flash of light or intense lighting this polish comes to life. It’s a silver reflective glitter, much like the safety gear thats worn in the dark. Not a glow, but a vibrant flash.
And here it is under the flash of my cell phone.
And a few more photos because I couldn’t help myself.
You can wear Flashing Lights alone like I did or over a base color.
Right now this shade is out of stock on the Serum No 5 Website, but you can enter your email address is and be notified when it’s back!
I paid $14.00 for this shade. It says it’s on sale for $10.15 right now, but I don’t know if that will be the price when it’s back in stock though.
Do I regret my purchase? Absolutely not. I love the effects of it, even if it is only under flash.
I have a “What I bought on Sephora” post coming up shortly to show you a peek into my makeup purchase world as well, and what giant purchase pushed me into the VIB Rouge club!
