There is a new monthly polish purchasing thing going on, and I have 2 polishes to show off from it. First up is Sassy Pants Polish Shimmy & Shine

So this is really new to me, and I have fairly limited details on it. The shop is Lacquer Collab, and it’s a monthly collaboration featuring up to 12 indie polish brands. Each month has a theme and each brand has the freedom to do what they with with that theme. The shades are exclusive to Lacquer Collab and are sold as a preorder.

It’s got a similar feel to Polish Pickup, but on a smaller scale.

The May Lacquer Collab opened yesterday and will be available until May 22nd.

The May Theme is Glitter & Glam.

Sassy Pants Polish – Shimmy & Shine

Inspiration: Belly Dancer Costume

Sassy Pants Polish Shimmy & Shine is a dark royal purple jelly base with light purple microglitters, iridescent glitters that shift purple to blue, and chameleon glitters that shift blue to purple to red.

I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos. Because of the glitter content, I do recommend thinner layers to get optimal glitter distribution and more depth within the shade.
