The Rogue Lacquer Sweet Dreams set is a 5 piece collection with vibrant pastels and black flakes! This set originally debuted at Polish & Dreams I believe, but it’s now available on the Rogue Lacquer website. If you like speckled polishes – this is a beautifully done set.
