Mother’s Day is coming up and Rogue Lacquer & Riverwood Apothecary have teamed up to bring us a Mother’s Day Indulgence Set!

This is a 4 piece set created to pamper and treat the mom in your life, whether it’s your own, a mother figure, the mother of your children or someone special that has a mom like role.

Rogue Lacquer | Love

Love is a bright orchid jelly based scattered holographic with micro holographic shred glitters. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Riverwood Apothecary | Sea Salt & Pumice Hand & Foot Scrub

Sea Salt & Pumice Hand & Foot Scrub is a fairly gentle, yet effective hand and foot scrub. The particles within it are smaller but densely packed. Even though it’s densely packed with sea salt and pumice sand, it’s not stiff and is easy to scoop out.

Ingredients: Pink Himalayan sea salt, coconut oil, Shea Butter, pumice sand and fragrance oil

Riverwood Apothecary | Mani Bomb

The Mani Bomb is basically like a mini bath bomb but for your hands. Fill decent sized bowl with water and drop the mani bomb in and let your hands soak (or your feet if you prefer). Want to do both? Cut the mani bomb in half and split them up.

Ingredients: baking soda, Pink Himalayan sea salt, citric acid, coconut oil, fragrance oil

Riverwood Apothecary | Body Butter Bar & Cuticle Balm

Probably my favorite item from the set is the Body Butter Bar/ Cuticle Balm. I received one of these from Rogue Lacquer around Christmas and I used it all up already. I mainly used it as a cuticle balm, but I did use it on my elbows a few times when they felt super dry.

This is basically body butter in a large lip balm like container so you can apply it without making a mess on your hands.

Ingredients: Candelilla wax, sweet almond oil, avocado butter, cocoa butter, mango butter, Shea butter, vitamin E oil, apricot kernel oil, avocado oil, coconut oil, grapeseed oil, jojoba oil, rice bran oil, kokum butter, shorea butter, fragrance oil

Rogue Lacquer & Riverwood Apothecary | Mother’s Day Indulgence Set

I personally like that they kept this simple and stuck to basics. There aren’t extra frills that generally go untouched and everything is usable on a day to day basis.

The body products are available in 3 scents. I received all 3 items in the scent Fruit Salad, so I can only speak to that scent, but it’s light and I get a mixed berry scent with a citrus kick.

The other 2 scents available are: Botanical Garden or Sweet Blossom. From the descriptions, Botanical Garden is more for those who like musky, earthy scents and Sweet Blossom is for those who are more floral lovers. Fruit Salad would be good for those who prefer fruity scents.
