We have another release happening here in a few hours! It’s the Rogue Lacquer Here To Bang Trio!

The Rogue Lacquer Here To Bang Trio is the 4th of July trio for 2021! I knew one of the polishes was named Here To Bang but I almost chocked on my coffee when I saw it was also the collection name.

This is a 3 piece collection with some holo and a whole lotta flakies (which is Rogue’s signature style – so you shouldn’t be surprised about that)

This trio launches today at 4:30 pacific (7:30 eastern) so let’s jump in and get ready.

Rogue Lacquer | Here To Bang

Here To Bang is a cherry red scattered holographic with red metallic and silver holographic flakes mixed in. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Rogue Lacquer | Patriotic AF

Patriotic AF is a clear base loaded with silver holographic flakes, with red and blue metallic flakes mixed in. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Despite the flake content – it’s not super textured. Depending on how thick your layers are – you might need 2 coats of top coat, but I was okay with just 1 coat.

Rogue Lacquer | Traitor’s Day

Traitor’s Day is a black jelly base with red and blue metallic flakes, as well as silver holographic flakes. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

My favorite from this set is Patriotic AF (I’m still in love with silvery toned holos) but Here To Bang is a close second.

Application was good with all 3 shades – and I didn’t find them too textured, at least not enough to justify needing more than 1 coat of top coat – but that does highly depend on the thickness of your coats. I could see really laying it on and having a more prominent texture and needing 2 coats of top coat.
