Rogue Lacquer | Black Friday Release

Press Samples

I have been swatching like a mad woman, and next up we’ll be looking at the Rogue Lacquer Black Friday Release for 2024!

This release has 2 quad sets and the Doorbuster shades in it! For the first 12 hours of the sale, the 2 doorbusters (in the middle of the collage) will be $6. After the initial 12 hours they will go up to $11.

Aside from the Doorbusters, Rogue will also be offering 10% off all new releases for the first 24 hours, 20% off with code BF2024 site wide (includes marked down items, but does not include new releases, doorbusters or advents), Free GWP with any $30+ dollar purchase while supplies last, and there will be site wide mark downs as well.

So get ready!

For my lighting set up I use artificial lighting due to my day job, my set up involves 2 Neatfi XL Lamps from Amazon (affiliate link) as well as this Daylight Company Duo Daylight Lamp (affiliate link).

For the fine details – for all photos shown – I used Vapid Lacquer Commitment Issues Peel Off Base (which dries clear), and for top coat I used Monarch Lacquer Hi-Def Shine Top coat (sent as PR and I’ve also purchased). I didn’t feel that a glitter smoother was necessary because these didn’t dry with much texture.

Let’s jump in!

Rogue Lacquer | What The Elf? (Doorbuster)

What the Elf? is a deep teal green metallic base with shimmer and holo flakes. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
