The Neverending Story Collection

I have a little bit of nostalgia for you in today’s post. Rica The Neverending Story collection!

PicMonkey Collage

I watched this movie so many times when I was younger, and it’s been awhile since I’ve seen it, but it was one of my top most watched movies. Rica sent The Neverending Story Collection over for me to review and seriously – she did an incredible job with the inspiration. Each shade I could pretty much guess what the “inspiration” was before I read the name of the polish.

Let’s look closer at each one.

Atreyu

Atreyu

Atreyu is a pale creamy beige with copper flecks mixed in. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Seriously – all the feels right here.

Falkor

Falkor

Falkor is a mix of silver holographic shimmer and iridescent flakes in a clear base. I used 3 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos, but you can also do 1 coat over a creme base if you wish to.

This is pretty much Falkor in a bottle, and I personally think Rica nailed this one.

The Childlike Empress

The Childlike Empress

The Childlike Empress is a sheer baby pink with iridescent flakes mixed in. Much like Falkor, you can use this alone (like I did – 3 coats and a top coat) or 1 coat over a creme base.

Again – nailed The Childlike Empress shade.

Fantasia

Fantasia

Fantasia is a light grey creme base with strong violet shimmer and iridescent flakes. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

The Nothing

The Nothing

The Nothing is a black jelly base loaded with gold shimmer and green, purple, red and pink microglitters. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

This collection really makes me want to bring out the movie and rewatch it again. I really felt like Rica nailed the inspiration for each polish beautifully and didn’t just slap names on random polishes.

Those are all so pretty! They seem like they’d all be good to wear with everything since they’re all so neutral

Obsessed!!!! The Neverending Story is my FAVORITE. I always said I would name my son Atreyu.. but unfortunately, no one else seemed to want that name but me. :/ This line is gorgeous!

I loved that movie. I saw it many times too. These polishes are beautiful. I think Fantasia needs to be mine.

This is the kind of collection that I tend to gravitate towards – all the shades I would love and use a lot. I’m going to check it out – you have convinced me once again.
