Charlie Brown Holiday Collection
I am so thrilled that for the first time in awhile, I’m actually a little ahead swatching. Not saying it’s gonna last forever – life has a way of throwing curve balls – but for now.. I’m actually up a little. It’s been nice. Over the last 2 weeks I’ve swatched 214 (!!) polishes. I still have 64 on my desk as of today’s mail – so we’re cruising right along.
Tonight we’re going to be looking at the Red Eyed Lacquer Charlie Brown Holiday Collection!
This 4 piece collection is inspired by Charlie Brown’s Christmas. Bianca of Red Eyed Lacquer watches it every year and it’s one of her favorites – so she was inspired to make a little collection.
The Red Eyed Lacquer Charlie Brown Holiday Collection consists of 4 polishes and a shifty topper.

Red Eyed Lacquer | Christmas Twinkle
Christmas Twinkle is the topper in the collection. It’s based off of all the Christmas lights and ornaments. Christmas Twinkle is a red to green shifting shimmer with green to pink shifting crystal flakes mixed in. I used 1 coat over a black creme for these photos.
Red Eyed Lacquer | Good Grief, It’s First Place
Good Grief, It’s First Place is a deep blue crelly base with blue to green to gold color shifting flakes, snow white flakes and red to gold ultrachrome chameleon flakes, as well as gold metallic flakes and violet shimmer. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
Good Grief, It’s First Place is based on the Christmas Tree decoration for the Christmas play where Snoopy wins the decoration contest.
Red Eyed Lacquer | Snowpy Bones
Snowpy Bones is a medium baby blue crelly with soft, scattered holo and pink to purple crystal flakes. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
Snowpy Bones is the scene with Charlie Brown and a sleeping Snoopy with his pile of bones.
Red Eyed Lacquer | Christmas Dance
Christmas Dance is a pale lilac purple crelly base with matte hot orange, emerald green, neon yellow, navy, lagoon, matte grape and matte cherry hex glitters as well as gold micro shreds. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
Based on the most memorable scene of the whole movie, the Christmas Dance scene of the Christmas Play!

Such a fun little collection! My top pick is Snowpy Bones and it’s the must have for me.
I had no application issues with any of these shades and there’s a nice mix of colors and finishes for such a small collection.
