Red Dog Designs Ol’ Blue Eyes Collection Swatches and Review

Tonight I have 3 gorgeous glittery creations to show you!   Red Dog Designs is releasing a new collection soon called Ol’ Blue Eyes, and I have 3 of the 9 polishes to show you.  This is my first experience with Red Dog Designs, but I am in a few Facebook groups with the creator, Gina, and I can tell by how she talks that she is very enthusiastic about her brand and she puts a lot of time and care into her creations.

I Love Paris:

I’m going to start this off with my favorite of the 3 – I Love Paris!  I Love Paris contains iridescent glitter, aqua, lavender, green, white, pink, yellow and blue hex glitters, pearly white heart glitter and fine holographic glitter in a clear base.  I only used 1 layer of I Love Paris over Cult Nails Enticing.  I got amazing glitter distribution, a good amount of hearts without fishing and a nice splash of color without being too much.  Very delicate looking, which I love.

My Stardust Melody:

My Stardust Melody is a sparkling STUNNER!  It is full of pastel green, lavender and white hex glitter, iridescent squares and tons of holo glitter all in a clear base.  Pictured is 2 coats of My Stardust Melody over RBL Bikini Bottom.  I didn’t even need a flask for the holo to sparkle in this photo.

My Funny Valentine:

What is that I see?  Circle glitter?!  Oh my!  My Funny Valentine is a beautiful mix of red, gold and black glitter particles as well as slightly larger circular glitter and red holo hearts mixed into a clear base.  I used 1 layer of My Funny Valentine over Sally Hansen Barracuda.    I was able to get a couple hearts out (which always seem to elude me in mini bottles) so I was pretty happy about that!

Overall I am very happy with these 3 polishes.  The entire collection (from other swatches I have seen) looks amazing and offers a variety of different glitters and combinations to suit different tastes!
