Press Sample of Powder Perfect
3rd Anniversary Duo
Good morning and Happy MONDAY! I have a few things to share with you today, including a giveaway, but to start I have the Powder Perfect 3rd Anniversary Duo to share with you! There is also a 10% off code I have if you really love these, so use CSant10 at checkout on Color4Nails to take advantage of that (good on your entire purchase too… not just these shades!)
Both of these shades are holo with ultra chrome flakes, which basically combines 2 of my obsessions in a bottle. I’m always into holo but I’m also into multichrome (seriously I’ve been on a shopping spree for anything multichrome)
Let’s take a look at both of these shades celebrating Powder Perfect’s 3rd Anniversary! To take a look back on several of their collections, you can browse through my review posts HERE
Powder Perfect Elysium
Powder Perfect Elysium was created as a tribute to past anniversary shades (Unobtanium and Storm Rainbow). This is a silver scattered holographic base with ultra chrome flakes mixed in that shift through several shades from purple to fuchsia to green to bronze. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
Powder Perfect Utopia
Powder Perfect Utopia is a deep rosy pink holographic which ultra chrome chameleon flakes. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
Powder Perfect 3rd Anniversary Duo
This is a lovely duo and I had no application issues. These shades are limited edition, so they won’t be around long! Elysium is my favorite of the 2, but both are worth grabbing. I think the lighter base of Elysium gives a nicer balance to also let the flakes and shiftiness shine through, where they blend in more with Utopia.
