The final month for Polished Gamers Box for 2020, and we end the year with the game Stardew Valley!

December 2020 is Stardew Valley, and … I had to look up what it was. I had never heard of it, had no idea what it was about… but after looking at it online, it actually looks like something I’d kill time with.

I keep wanting to call it Stardew Village and I don’t know why.

This month’s Polish Gamers Box shop has opened, so you can shop now. I had planned on having this up yesterday, but work had me a little fried, so I took the night off and played World of Warcraft instead. I’m still training at the new job, but things are going well – I just get a little overwhelmed at times. I am still enjoying it though, just a big difference from an admin in an accounting office to a patient coordinator in a medical office.

Plus we are supposed to have a snow storm, which means driving in snow, which I have yet to do – so nerves are officially shot.

Alter Ego Body Care Products | Dwarf

Inspiration: The character Dwarf from the game

Description: Dwarf is a chocolate brown jelly base with metallic black and red microglitters. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos. Will dry down with a mild texture due to microglitters, so you might need 2 coats of top coat.

Atomic Polish | The Void Chicken or The Void Egg?

Inspiration: Void Chicken and Void Eggs

Description: The Void Chick or The Void Eggs is a black jelly base loaded with red to gold to green shifting shimmer. Due to the base and shimmer, the polish has more of a deep magenta to golden orange shift, and you can see a deep green at the far edges. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Black Dahlia Lacquer | Witch’s Swamp

Inspiration: inspired by the witch’s swamp in Stardew Valley!

Description: Witch’s Swamp is deep blue jelly base with blue to green to gold color shifting flakes. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

I could have gotten away with 2 coats, but I wanted more flakey depth, so I did a third coat.

Description: Maru is a scattered holographic base with gold shimmer, as well fuchsia to purple to bronze to gold multichrome flakes. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Description: Peep Show is a cornflower blue crelly base with pink, fuchsia, lavender and yellow glitters, as well as silver holographic micro glitter. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Description: Just Peachy is a warm, peachy beige jelly base with scattered holographic, holo flecks and orange to gold to green iridescent flakes, I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Inspiration: An Art Nouveau styled picture of Leah from Reddit

Description: Cindersap is a coppery orange base with golden green magnetic shimmer. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

I left index and pinky unmagnetized. The magnetic line is on the subtle side – but at certain angles it pops out more dramatically

This feels like Fall to me! Peep Show is kinda Winter moving into Spring – but either way – beautiful combo of colors.
