Happy Monday! I have some goodies to show you that are available now in the Polished Gamers Box for April 2023… and the theme is Star Wars!
So the basics… Polished Gamers Box used to be a monthly box, then it was a bi-monthly box, but now it’s moved into being a quarterly box. To check out what items I received in action – head over to my YouTube channel where I swatch them all (video will be added in a little late – new phone is giving some focus issues):
Basically each box is themed with some sort of gaming – might specifically be a game (like this month is Star Wars) or it can be broader like board games or retro games. The box is open from the 15th of the month until the 20th. Then it closes – totals are sent to makers and it can take about 3-4 weeks before shipping starts up since makers have to get their total sold to HQ to prep for shipping.
For the fine details – for all photos shown – I used Vapid Lacquer Commitment Issues Peel Off Base, and for the glossy photos I used Vibrant Vinyls Fast & Hard QDTC. I purchased the Vapid Lacquer Commitment Issues and the top coat was sent as pr.
My lighting set up was changed recently. So now, since I use artificial lighting due to my day job, my new set up involves 2 Neatfi XL Lamps from Amazon (affiliate link) as well as this Daylight Company Duo Daylight Lamp (affiliate link).

Glam Angel Cosmetics | Princess Leia (Polish)

Princess Leia is a silver base with lots of rose shimmer and tiny little sparks of blue, purple, pink and rose. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos. You can find the matching loose eyeshadow and liquid lip on Polished Gamers.

Glam Angel Cosmetics | Princess Leia Eyeshadow
Inspiration: Princess Leia
Description: Princess Leia is a silver base with lots of rose shimmer and tiny little sparks of blue, pink and rose. This is a loose mineral eyeshadow, so a primer is recommended. If you just want a light wash of color though – you can use it without.
There was a little fallout with this shade, but not as much as I expected. Overall it did apply nicely and well pigmented.

Liquid Lip feels like a non sticky gloss but gives the coverage of lipstick. This has a really nice doe foot applicator thats flatter at the edges which allows the ability to line lips before filling them in.

Description: Clone This! is a turquoise creme based scattered holo with blue sparks and turquoise metallic flakes as well as micro flakes. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Rogue Lacquer | The Yoda Chronicles
Inspiration: Inspired by Lego Star Wars “The Yoda Chronicle”
Description: The Yoda Chronicles is a neon green creme base with green shimmer silver holo micro flakes. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
This polish does dry down to a satin finish naturally – so it will need glossy top coat to plump it up.
