Happy Thursday! I was planning on doing this post bright and early tomorrow, but then I came home and took a nap and now I’m awake – so I’m going to share some goodies from the Polished Gamers Box for April 2022, and the theme is Animal Crossing Remastered!
This month I have 5 items to share and it’s a really lovely mix of colors and finishes.
For the fine details – for all photos shown – I used Vapid Lacquer Commitment Issues Peel Off Base and Vibrant Vinyls Fast & Hard Top Coat. I purchased the Vapid Lacquer Commitment Issues, but the Vibrant Vinyls Top Coat is a PR item sent to me for review. I do however admin for both Fan Groups for those 2 brands.
I do use artificial lighting for my photos. I get the most done at night, so I swatch a lot at night. My current setup uses GlamCor Pro LIghts and I use the Ultra X Model and this Daylight Company Duo Daylight Lamp (affiliate link).

Description: Zucker is a sheer black jelly base loaded with red to gold to green shifting shimmer. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Description: Lolly is a soft pink jelly base with pink to orange to green shifting shimmer packed in and silver reflective glitters. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Jen & Berries | Funky Brewster
Inspiration: Brewster, the kind pigeon who runs the Roost
Description: Funky Brewster is an emerald green jelly base with black, green and silver holographic flakes with a subtle amount of gold flakes mixed in. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Lemming Lacquer | Island Amongst The Stars
Inspiration: Animal Crossing fanart of an island under a starry sky and moon.
Description: Island Amongst The Stars can be a standalone polish or a topper. I do show it both ways below.
This is a semi sheer blue to purple to pink shifting shimmer base with pink to gold to green shifting flakes, and holographic flakes and a delicate scattered holo. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
For the layered photos, I used 1 coat over a black creme and added top coat.

Treo Lacquer | Flap Flap!
Inspiration: This glorious second time around with an Animal Crossing theme I was inspired by the Sanrio crossover character – Chai! An adorable peppy elephant with a teacup on her head.
Description: Flap Flap! is a blue crelly base with blue shimmer, as well as pastel pink and neon yellow glitter. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
