Night Owl Lacquer Sorceress Of The Sea is a blackened teal base with green to teal blue shift, silver sparks and lots of holographic micro flakies. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
Surprisingly enough, this was a completely smooth finish and the sparkles all laid nice and flat so only 1 coat of top coat was needed.
