ND Lacquers is a new to me indie maker, and I am so happy to feature her Spring Collection on my blog! This is a 6 piece collection and I have 5 of the shades to show you.
What I adore about this collection is that each creme has a subtle shimmer to it. So the colors are light and simplistic yet still stunning.
Lily
Lily is a pure white creme with a subtle iridescent shimmer. It was incredibly hard for me to pick the shimmer up in the photos. I used 2 coats for this photo.
And a photo under artificial lighting so you can kind of see the shimmer.
Spring Bouquet
Spring Bouquet is a pastel glitter topper with mint, baby blue, pink, orange, yellow and iridescent glitters mixed in. So perfect for spring! I used 1 coat over Lily.
Tulip
Tulip is a vivid pastel orange with a subtle gold shimmer. I can’t usually wear orange shades, but this was very wearable for me. I used 3 thin coats for this photo.
Camellia
Camellia is a gorgeous hot pink pastel. I know that doesn’t seem to sound right, but it really is a paler pastel pink with a bright kick to it. It also has a very subtle shimmer to it. I used 3 thin coats for this photo.
Lilac
I saved my favorite for last! Lilac is a gorgeous lilac shade with a nice shimmer to it. I used 3 thin coats for this photo. Perfection in a bottle!
Overview
This is my first experience with ND Lacquers, and it definitely will not be my last. All 5 shades went on smoothly and evenly and the bursts of color are gorgeous. All of these shades have a softness about them while still giving off a vibrant burst of color. The shimmer that is in each creme is a nice touch as well. Since the shimmer is subtle it lets the main color show off, but gives a nice little kick in the light. Perfect for Spring!
There is a 6th shade within this collection named Hyacinth and I cannot wait to get my hands on it!
