This is a 3 piece Valentine’s Day inspired set, and they release today at 2pm CST!
For all photos – I used Vapid Lacquer Commitment Issues as a peel off base, and Monarch Lacquer High-Def Shine Gel Top Coat. It’s not real gel that needs to be cured, but it’s a thicker consistency that gives a shiny plump appearance to manis.

Monarch Lacquer | Lovestruck
Lovestruck is a cool toned leaving red jelly base, loaded with holographic glitter and holographic flake. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
Monarch Lacquer | Candy Coated
Candy Coated is a cream colored crelly base with large, irregular rainbow shifting chameleon flakes. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
Monarch Lacquer | Heart’s Desire
Heart’s Desire is a chocolate brown crelly base loaded with magenta to violet to red shimmer. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Lovestruck is my top pick for this set. All 3 are stunning – but I love a sparkly red!
