Milani Powder Eyeshadow and Shadow Eyez Swatches and Review
I have some more Milani Cosmetics goodness for you ladies today! I decided to do Milani Powder Eyeshadow and Shadow Eyez Pencils in one shot! Looking for quality cosmetics at a good cost? These are perfect!
I did swatches of each color and at the bottom of this post I selected some products to do a look with.
We’ll start this post off with the Shadow Eyez Pencils – these are 2-in-1 pencils that can be used as either shadow or as liner and are incredibly rich in color! I have worn each color as one or the other and so far everything has been amazing! No creasing, no smudging and no transferring. I do use a light primer underneath and have not tested them yet without the primer.
Here is a swatch of each color – look at how vibrant these are, especially Aquatic Style!
From Left to Right the colors are as follows: Green Safari, Winter White, Royal Purple, Brown Deluxe, Champagne Toast and Aquatic Style
Green Safari – Green with a slight metallic shine
Winter White – Sheer bright shimmery white
Royal Purple – Purple with a slight blue shimmer
Brown Deluxe – Bronze/Brown metallic
Champagne Toast – Medium nude metallic
Aquatic Style – Metallic aqua blue
Of course Royal Purple is my favorite. What I absolutely love is that when applying as liner the pencils didn’t pull or tug at my eyelid. The color glided on smooth and even. Each swatch in the above photo is one pass of the pencil.

Now onto the Milani Powder Eyeshadows!
I have 12 of these gorgeous shades to show you now! Only one of these colors I can’t really see fitting into my makeup looks… the remaining 11 I can and will be wearing… a lot.
From Left to Right: White Lie, French Vanilla, Tickled Pink, Gold Dust, Caramel Brown, Pearl and Brown Stone.
From Left to Right: Purple Shock, Just Perfect, Pitch Black, Shocking Pink and Olympian Blue.
White Lie – Matte White
French Vanilla – Matte Off White
Tickled Pink – Soft Shimmery Pink
Gold Dust – Shimmery Gold
Caramel Brown – Shimmery Bronze
Pearl – Shimmery Light Beige
Brown Stone – Matte Brown (I love this as an eyebrow powder!)
Purple Shock – Purple with pink shimmer
Just Perfect – Shimmery Teal
Pitch Black – Matte Black
Shocking Pink – Matte HOT Pink
Olympian Blue – Matte Aqua Blue
I really enjoyed these eyeshadows. The matte shades had a bit of fallout but nothing too bad. The colors are well pigmented and long lasting. I do use a primer under my eyeshadow. Shocking Pink is the only one I can’t get to work with my skin, but it is a fun color to have!

Here is a look I did using 3 Milani Powder Eyeshadows and Milani Shadow Eyez as liner!
I used French Vanilla all over my lid and up to my brow, then Tickled Pink in the crease and half of the lid and Purple Shock in half the crease and the outter V. I lined my upper lid and part of my lower lid with Shadow Eyez in Royal Purple. I love these colors together! Ignore the lashes – I’m still looking for a good mascara!
