Mentality Luxe Textured Glass Collection Swatches and Review

I’ve been playing with many Mentality goodies, so you’re going to get an eyeful of many of their gorgeous creations this week!

Today I will be showing you the Mentality Luxe Textured Glass Collection.  This is currently a 5 piece collection (I say currently because they do expand collections) that is made up of gorgeous shades.  They are all a sheer jelly bases densely packed with micro glitters and glass flecks.  They all dry to a semi matte, lightly textured base that is completely smoothed over with just 1 coat of top coat.

Joanne

Joanne is a super dense purple glass fleck nail polish that has sparks of fuchsia throughout it.  I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for this photo.

 Lakeisha

Lakeisha is a super dense fuchsia pink glass fleck nail polish.  Lakeisha was named after the blogger behind Refined & Polished!  I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for this photo.

Jessica

Jessica is a densely packed red-purple glass fleck nail polish with sparks of pink and more subtle sparks of blue.  I used 2 coats for this photo.

Allison

Allison is a densely packed blue toned purple nail polish with sparks of blue and pink within.  I used 2 coats for this photo.

Melissa

Melissa is a densely packed vibrant blue glass fleck nail polish with violet and blue sparks within it.  I used 2 coats for this photo.

Overview

Another great collection from Mentality!  When I applied the first coat of each color they seemed really sheer, but on the second coat, I had no VNL and completely coverage.  Each one has gorgeous sparks of color within the shade that really set these apart from other polishes I have.  I really hope this is another line that Mentality expands because I adore purples and the masterminds behind Mentality are incredibly creative and always surprising me!
