Some shows are true classics and no matter how much time goes by, they are always good for a laugh. Golden Girls is one of those shows! Today we’re going to look at a Golden Girls inspired collection, the LynBDesigns Stay Golden Collection.

The LynBDesigns Stay Golden collection consists of 6 shades in a nice assortment of colors and finishes. I had a clear favorite within the collection too. Once I put it on, I just gasped.

This collection releases this coming Friday (I know, I’m early.. I was shocked too) so let’s jump in and take a look!

I Will Not Have A Nice Day is a lavender crelly base with red to orange to yellow shifting shimmer, holo micro flakes and pink to gold iridescent micro flakes. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Wake Up And Smell The Coffee is a pale beige crelly base with shifty iridescent micro flakes and green to silver to pink shifting shimmer. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

I’m The Biggest Weenie is a bright, medium blue jelly base with purple to lime to copper to pink shifting flakes, violet to blue to green shifting shimmer and holographic shred glitters. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

LynBDesigns | I’m Old, I’m Supposed To Be Colorful

I’m Old, I’m Supposed To Be Colorful is a dusty, lavender leaning pink crelly base with green to copper ultrachrome chameleon flakes and magic holo flakes. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

I expected this to be mildly textured due to flakie content, but it’s actually not.

Flirting Is Part Of My Heritage is a soft teal green jelly base with lavender flecks, linear holo and tiny pink flakes sprinkled in. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos. This shade is softer in person.

LynBDesigns | Pray For Brains

Pray For Brains is my top pick of the collection. This is a white crelly base with intense purple glowy shimmer,micro silver holo glitters and purple to blue to red to copper ultrachrome chameleon flakes. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

LynBDesigns | Stay Golden Collection

What a fun collection with incredible inspiration. I love watching Golden Girls, and when we had cable – any time I was flipping channels and it was on… I stopped flipping and settled in to watch. The snark, the shade, the facial expressions… it was one of a kind. I remember finding Betty White so innocent… then I saw Lake Placid. I don’t know why but when she said “If I had a d!ck, this is where I’d tell you to suck it” and I was floored. I was younger, but of course it still shocked me at the time.

Anyways. This whole collection applied beautifully and flawlessly.
