Tonight I have the new Lucky 13 Lacquer Knock ‘Em Dead(pool) Collection! It is inspired by the movie Deadpool (but I bet you guessed that already!)

This is a 4 piece collection with a lot of glitter and a bit of thermal. This collection released yesterday – so it’s up for grabs now!

Let’s take a closer look at these shades

Regenerating Degenerate

Regenerating Degenerate is the lone thermal in the collection. This is a cherry red when warm, and a blood red when cold. I used 2 coats and top coat for these photos.

This color is an homage to both the movie version of Deadpool (the dark red) as well as the comics (cherry red)

We’ll take a look at both warm and cold states below.

Sorry – my pinky nail got a little warped when I went to dry off the water while transitioning it.

Ball Gags, Brownie Mix and Clown P0rn

Ball Gags, Brownie Mix and Clown P0rn is a white crelly base packed with a rainbow assortment of matte glitters, cherry red dots and small bronze glitter. I used 2 coats and a top coat for these photos.

Gratuitous Cameo

Gratuitous Cameo is a stomewash denim creme with gold shimmer laced throughout as well as silver and white glitters mixed in. I used 3 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Maximum Effort

Maximum Effort is a bright, slightly minty green crelly with a ton of rainbow glitters mixed in as well as a flash of green shimmer. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Lucky 13 Lacquer Knock ‘Em Dead(pool) Collection

This is a nicely done 4 piece collection. I like the crelly glitters in the collection, and despite the amount of glitter in them, they applied really nicely! The thermal has a nice, easy, obvious shift and I love the cherry red to deep red shift.

I used Lucky 13 Lacquer Elemental Ward Quick Dry Top Coat for all of these photos – and as you can tell – they aren’t lacking in a glassy appearance. While Elemental Ward does contain toluene to speed up dry time, all other Lucky 13 Lacquer products are 5-free.
