Getting back into the swing of things! For the first 2 months I was doing pretty good keeping on top of things… then things just went to crap when I took on homeschooling. We’re finally in a rhythm with it, and I’m getting caught back up. So now it’s get up early to go into work, come home, dinner, homeschooling (for anything he couldn’t complete while I was at work) then blogging later at night. It is what it is – but we’ll manage like we always do!

Anyways – today we’re looking at the Lollipop Posse Lacquer Creature of Desire Collection which released last weekend.

This is the Lollipop Posse Lacquer Creature of Desire Collection, which is inspired by the new album from FKA Twigs, Magdalene. It’s a 7 piece collection with a nice assortment of colors and finishes.

Lollipop Posse Lacquer | Onyx

Onyx is a 1 coat black matte. It has an incredibly smooth formula and dries to a matte finish in about 2-3 minutes.

Photos show 1 coat and no top coat. If you want a one coat glossy black – add glossy top coat.

Lollipop Posse Lacquer | Aching

Aching is a mulberry crelly base with strong green to turquoise to gold to fuchsia shifting shimmer. Brushstrokes are visible due to the shimmer content. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Lollipop Posse Lacquer | All I Do

All I Do is a vibrant, light-medium blue crelly base loaded with strong shimmer that shifts turquoise to gold to purple to pink. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos. Very light visible brushstrokes can be seen from the shimmer content.

Lollipop Posse Lacquer | Apples, Cherries

Apples, Cherries is a candy apple red jelly base with iridescent flakes that shift hot pink to red to gold. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos. Dries with a slight texture, but 1 coat of top coat should smooth it over fine.

Lollipop Posse Lacquer | Deep River

Deep River is a deep navy blue jelly base loaded with purple to magenta to gold multichrome shimmer, as well as red to gold to green shifting aurora shimmer. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy topcoat for these photos.

Lollipop Posse Lacquer | The Lies You Tell

The Lies You Tell is my favorite of the group! This is a soft dove grey crelly base with a subtle linear holo effect, as well as blue to purple shifting iridescent flakes that steal the show. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy topcoat for these photos.

Lollipop Posse Lacquer | Unoccupied History

Unoccupied History is a medium green to blue to purple multichrome jelly base packed with blue to green to purple shifting iridescent flakes and silver holographic micro flecks. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

What a stunning collection! I love all the shifty aspects. The Lies You Tell stole my heart, but Deep River and All I Do were also top contenders.
