I have another collaboration box on the blog to share with you tonight! This is the Some Like It Hot Summer 2016 Collaboration Box.

This box brings 6 indies together with bright (some blindingly so!) shades to get your nails ready for Summer!

The brands involved are Ever After, Turtle Tootsie Polishes, Joy Lacquer, Dollish Polish, le Polish, and Seventy Seven Nail Lacquer. I am actually familiar with all 6 brands, so I was happy to see them all in the box.

Let’s jump right in and take a look. This box will be available for preorder from June 10th to June 18th.

Seventy Seven Nail Lacquer – Yes, Mistress

Seventy Seven Lacquer brings us Yes, Mistress. This is a medium bright purple scattered holographic with red micro flecks mixed in. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Turtle Tootsie Polishes – Late Night Skinny Dip

Turtle Tootsie Polishes Late Night Skinny Dip is a vibrant sky blue scattered holographic. This shade has a bit of a frosty finish. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Joy Lacquer – Coral Fixation

Joy Lacquer brings us Coral Fixation which is a bright, pearly pink leaning coral jelly with iridescent blue flecks and blue shimmer. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Dollish Polish – Your Lily Pad Or Mine

Dollish Polish Your Lily Pad Or Mine is a leaf green holographic with scattered microflakes and green, gold and aqua microglitter mixed in. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Ever After – Topless Tanning

Ever After created Topless Tanning and it’s a neon yellow creme with blue shimmer. This is actually a lot brighter in person – it’s highlighter yellow! I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

le Polish – Melt Your Popsicle

Melt Your Popsicle is a neon orange packed with gold shimmer and flakes. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

This is also blindingly bright.

Some Like It Hot Summer 2016 Collaboration Box Overview

This is a fun collaboration box with a nice mix of color. All of the shades have a great Summer Vibe ranging from bright to blindingly bright with great application.
