Today I have a new-to-me indie to show you!  This is Lemming Lacquer’s Curiosities From Wonderland collection which is inspired by Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland and the various books, movies, video games, and other media inspired by Lewis Carroll’s characters and fantastical world.

This is a 7 piece collection that features a glittery top coat, 3 jelly glitter shades, 2 holographic shades and one thermal – so there is a nice mix for all sorts of preferences.

Make sure you read through to the bottom!  Lemming Lacquer has a Memorial Day sale going until tomorrow night (5/25)!

Curiouser and Curiouser!

Curiouser and Curiouser! is a delicate pale sky blue holographic with gold shimmer.  This shade was inspired by Alice’s iconic dress.

I used 2 coats for these photos.

Whooo R U?

Whooo R U? is a smoky, duochrome gray holographic polish with pinkish purple hazy overtones and bright blue sparks of shimmer.  This is SO perfect to represent Caterpillar!  In Lemming Lacquer’s words – This polish embodies the Caterpillar’s languid smugness and captures the image of him taking long, cloudy drags off his hookah.

I used 2 coats for these photos.

I’m Not All There Myself

I’m Not All There Myself is a velvet purple to vibrant pink color changing jelly polish with various sized round and hex fuchsia glitters and purple hex glitter. This polish was inspired by the Cheshire Cat!

Above shows the polish in it’s cold state.  Below is in it’s warm transitional state.

I used 2 coats for these photos.

Drink Me

Drink Me is a dark purple jelly nail polish with small holographic hexes and large holographic circle glitters.  Inspired by the “Drink Me” bottle that shrinks Alice when she drinks it.

Eat Me

Eat Me is packed with small and medium sized matte glitters in all the colors of the rainbow.  “Eat Me” is written on the cakes Alice eats to grow large.

I used 2 coats of Eat Me over a light blue creme.

Her Imperial Viciousness

Her Imperial Viciousness is a jewel-toned red with different sized copper, red, and black glitters, color shifting iridescent glitters and black heart glitters.

I used 2 coats for these photos.

Ravens and Writing Desks

Ravens and Writing Desks has a teal-leaning green colored base with different sized holographic gold, lime green, and turquoise glitters and black hex glitters. This shade was inspired by The Mad Hatter.

Overview

This was a fabulous collection and I loved each polishes inspiration and found the polishes to fit the descriptions.  I was incredibly impressed that all 3 jelly based glitter shades were completely opaque in just 2 coats.  They were still squishy and jelly like, but the pigmentation was fabulous and gave full coverage in 2 super easy coats.

My favorites were the 2 holographic shades of the collection, Curiouser & Curiouser! and Whooo R U?
