Press Sample of Leesha’s Lacquers
Jellies From Outer Space Collection
I was going to have this post up earlier, but I got the bug to do a blog redesign this morning. My boyfriend (the IT guy) went to work on the theme I bought, set it up for me… and neither of us liked it. If you went to the site earlier, you might have seen bits and pieces of construction, but in the end – we changed it back. Oh well. Anyways, now I have today’s post to share with you and it’s the Leesha’s Lacquers Jellies From Outer Space Collection!
This is a 5 piece collection of glitter filled jellies with an outer space theme (which you probably gathered by the name) They released yesterday, so you can grab them anytime!
Let’s get to it!
Aurora Borealis
Aurora Borealis is a medium green jelly base with an assortment of green, blue and holographic glitter mixed in. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
Extra Galactic
Extra Galactic is a black jelly base with a rainbow assortment of glitter packed in. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
This one seemed to be heavier on glitter and a few bunched up on me.
Planetary Nebula
Planetary Nebula is a medium purple jelly base with red and purple glitters mixed in. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
Solar Flare
Solar Flare is a tomato red jelly base with purple and red glitter mixed in. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
Of the 5 shades, this probably has the least opacity to it, but application was probably one of the best.
Supernova
Supernova is a cornflower blue jelly base packed with teal, blue and purple glitters. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
Leesha’s Lacquers Jellies From Outer Space Collection Overview
A lot of times I get caught up in the shimmers and holographics and forget how much I love the squishy jelly shades. All 5 of these are super squishy (I used Girly Bits Glitter Glaze top coat which is perfect for glitter jellies) and overall, they were a breeze to apply. I had a little trouble since the brush is smaller on the mini polishes I received, but even so – only Extra Galactic gave me a bit of trouble with the glitters hugging each other.

Solar Flare is my favorite! Bummer about your blog layout, I know you were looking forward to a change!
I was looking forward to it, but it just wasn’t meant to be. Usually I am all excited when it’s done, but after Nick and I both looked at it like “well that looks like hell…” so oh well!
I’m not a fan of polishes like these on the nail but your macro photos are absolutely stunning!
They definitely aren’t for everyone :) Thank you Stacy!
