LeChat: Dare to Wear Love Dream Collection Swatches and Review

I have a brand to show you tonight that is actually new to me.  LeChat Dare To Wear nail polish is a brand I hadn’t used before and after trying out their Love Dream Collection, I will definitely be back for more!  All 6 colors within the collection are gorgeous, wearable colors with an amazing formula!

Love Dream is apart of the Spring/Summer 2012 collection and I can’t really pick a favorite out of these… I fell in love with all 6!

Moon River:

Moon River is a beautiful turquoise creme.  Dry time on the 3 creme’s in this collection was amazing.  I was ready to paint a second coat by the time I got to the pinkie of the first hand.  No bubbling issues and it had a slight satin finish.  I have 2 coats in the photo and a glossy top coat.  First coat was a little streaky, but the second coat fixed it all!

Always & Forever:

Always & Forever is the toned down “neutral” shade of the collection.  Always & Forever is a light mauve creme and only took 2 coats to be completely opaque.  If you want a “safe” all occasion polish, this would be it!

Angel From Above:

Angel From Above is the perfect periwinkle creme!  Beautiful, soft and elegant.  I have a hard time finding good periwinkle shades, but this one is fantastic!  2 coats gave perfect coverage and I topped it off with a glossy top coat.

Our Secret Eden:

This baby gave me some photo issues.  Nick and I finally managed to get the photo color accurate after a few shots.  Our Secret Eden just glows.  This is a beautiful blurple with pink and violet shimmer all over.  I used 2 coats for this and a glossy top coat.  Like the creme’s, the shimmers were fairly fast drying too!

Shangri-La:

Shangri-La is a semi deep teal with medium green and gold shimmer throughout.  This one gave us a run for our money photography wise as well, but we got it color accurate after about 10 pictures.  I used 2 coats and a top coat and was good to go.

My Sweet Desire:

Ahh, the fiery color that jumps out in the collection.  I thought describing it would be easy, but it seems to change on you a bit.  My Sweet Desire is a vibrant corally orange color with gold shimmer.  At first I almost just said orange, but there is a red/deep pink coloring in it when you apply it to the nail giving off a fiery coral color that is divine.  2 coats was used and no top coat for this photo!

Between the amazing application, fast drying, gorgeous colors and the 3 free formula, you really can’t go wrong with these polishes.  I’m almost mad at myself that I didn’t find this brand sooner!
