Last Minute Valentine’s Day Gift Ideas with LUSH

Valentine’s Day is fast approaching and sometimes you don’t want to just run to the local store and pick up the same old chocolates.  You can still get the chocolates (don’t get me wrong, I didn’t get this figure from not loving chocolate..) but add a little more to it with some LUSH!

Heart Throb Bubbleroon

The Heart Throb Bubbleroon is new to the LUSH lineup this year!  This is a vibrant red bubbleroon and is made up of two heart-shaped layers that have been sandwiched together with a “buttercream”  which can be separated for 2 uses.

Heart Throb contains shea butter and a number of oils to help soften and nourish the skin!  The heart halves create lavish bubbles when crumbled under running water and will scent the water as well as turn the tub water a light red.

As for the scent, if you are familiar with LUSH scents – Heart Throb is identical to African Paradise Body Conditioner.  If you aren’t familiar, then Heart Throb carries the scent of ylang ylang, geranium, frangipani and vanilla absolute.  This is incredibly fragrant!

Unicorn Horn Bubble Bar

This Unicorn Horn is SO FLIPPING CUTE!  LUSH describes this bubble bar as a magical bath filled with beautiful essential oils, colorful candy stars, sparkling luster, rainbows and dreams.

It is scented with lavender, ylang ylang and neroli and creates MOUNDS of bubbles.  I love anything lavender scented before bed.  Puts me in a relaxing mood!  Unicorn is so colorful I almost didn’t want to use it.

This is large enough to split into 2 or 3 bath portions to make it last.

 Floating Flower Bath Bomb

My coworker asked me NOT to take this home.  As soon as it arrived the entire front office smelled just like it.  It was amazing.

Floating Flower is actually made with my absolute favorite scent LUSH has created.  If you like Godiva Shampoo Bar, Flying Fox Shower Gel, or Lust perfume – then you will like Floating Flower.  Same amazing jasmine scent!

In the tub this fizzes and creates swirls of pink, orange and green, a light layer of bubbles and scents the tub in jasmine.  Absolutely mesmerizing.

Prince Charming Shower Gel

Prince Charming joins us again this year!  I stocked up on this last year and I will be doing so again this year.

Fresh pomegranate juice and grapefruit oil cleanse the skin while their bright, energetic scents help wake you up on early mornings. Add to that a blend of Fair Trade vanilla pod infusion, skin-softening marshmallow root and almond oil, and you’re in for royally soft, moisturized skin all over.

Prince Charming isn’t an overly sweet smelling shower gel.  It has sweeter notes, but the fruity notes give it a slight edge that helps balance it.
