Press Sample of KBShimmer | Enchanted Forest Collection
Okay so this one is late. I actually thought I posted it before I moved and that was not the case. I had started the post, and it was sitting in drafts uncompleted. Well, then I looked at the photos and you could tell I either did them really late at night with blurry vision… or I tried to finish them in a rush before the move. Either way – I decided to redo them and start a new post… so here we are. The KBShimmer Enchanted Forest Collection.
The KBShimmer Enchanted Forest Collection is a 9 piece collection that launched about a month ago. Luckily KBShimmer is generally well stocked and you can still snag everything here.
The Enchanted Forest Collection was inspired by the touch of magic that can be found in nature… and there’s a nice variety of finishes here as well!
KBShimmer | What The Fudge
What The Fudge is a milk chocolate creme. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
KBShimmer | No Illusions
No Illusions is a bright teal multichrome that shifts to emerald green to blue to purple to magenta. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
KBShimmer | Mist Me
Mist Me is a cornflower blue jelly based linear holographic loaded with rose gold to copper to pale gold shifting shimmer. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
The base color looks fairly cornflower blue to me, but the shimmer gives a purpley lavender look as well.
KBShimmer | I’d Pick You
I’d Pick You is a pastel orchid pink crelly base with rose gold to peach to gold to pale green shifting flakes. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
KBShimmer | Hidden Potential
Hidden Potential is easily my top pick. I love the bold shifting color and glowy shimmer!
Hidden Potential is a warm violet jelly base loaded with shimmer that shifts bronze to golden green to navy. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
KBShimmer | Frequent Flyer
Frequent Flyer is an iridescent shade that is simply magical – and it can be used alone or as a topper. Frequent Flyer shifts through shades of pale golden champagne, golden green, spring green, peach, rose pink and violet. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
KBShimmer | Dawn To Earth
Dawn To Earth is a bright cobalt blue jelly base with strong pink to fuchsia to peach to gold shifting shimmer. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
KBShimmer | Branching Out (Tri-Thermal)
Branching Out is a tri-thermal that goes from a deep navy blue (cold) to dusty periwinkle (warm) to blue leaning mint green (hot) crelly base with iridescent aqua to green to gold shifting iridescent flakes. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
KBShimmer | Amanita Moment
Amanita Moment is a soft, sage green crelly base with red to copper to gold shifting flakes. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
KBShimmer | Enchanted Forest Collection
Really enjoyed this collection, especially the shiftiness of it. I do like that a creme is kind of brought in with each collection to mix with it – but not like a full set of cremes. This way there is a bit of something for all.
Price: $10.00 – $11.00 Each
