Fall 2020 Cremes

Moving right along today – next up we have the Kathleen & Co Fall 2020 Cremes!

On October 16th, Kathleen & Co is releasing 13 new cremes for the Fall season. One thing I really enjoyed was that these are vibrant without being loud, and still scream Fall, even though they aren’t the super typical fall shades released. Same color families as we usually see, but different tones.

Kathleen & Co | Cranberry

Cranberry is a berry leaning fuchsia creme that leans a little into crelly territory. It has the creme coverage but the “juicy” jelly appearance. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Kathleen & Co | Berry

Berry is a warm strawberry leaning medium pink creme. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Kathleen & Co | Spiced Cider

Spiced Cider is a muted pumpkin orange. Almost like a pumpkin and cream mix. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos

Kathleen & Co | Pumpkin Cream

Pumpkin Cream is a muted orange creamsicle type creme. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Kathleen & Co | Autumn Squash

Autumn Squash is a warm, medium yellow creme. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Kathleen & Co | Khaki

Khaki is a medium, fairly vibrant army green creme. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Kathleen & Co | Leafy Green

Leafy Green is a light artichoke green creme. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

I had some slight self leveling issue with this one, but the brush was also stiffer than most of the others I did in this set – so I think this is more of a brush issue than a formula issue.

Denim is a slightly dusty denim blue creme. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Kathleen & Co | Mom Jeans

Mom Jeans is a dusty french blue creme. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Kathleen & Co | Autumn Sky

Autumn Sky is a muted ocean blue creme. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Kathleen & Co | Fleece

Fleece is a cool toned, lavender tinged violet. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

This is a but more lavender in person.

Cozy Blanket is a dusty lavender tinged mauve creme. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

I had some slight self leveling issues, but again – it seemed to be more the mini bottle brush than the formula itself.

Cinnamon Stick is a warm cinnamon brown creme. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Kathleen & Co | Fall 2020 Cremes

See what I meant? The colors are like normal fall shades, but the tones are different which makes them slightly unique to my indie creme collection. They are all slightly muted or dusty but still hold a certain vibrancy.

I did have good application with most of these, but 2 were non self leveling. However – the brushes were stiffer than the others so it might have been a brush issue vs a formula issue. All 13 bottles I received are more medium sized and not full sized – and so they had smaller brushes which can affect application in some cases.
