For each series for Hella Handmade Creations, each individual maker chooses a theme. So in one shop, you have a variety of inspirations! JReine chose New Orleans!

JReine Party Gras is a vibrant, cool toned purple jelly base loaded with original Unicorn Pee pigment, as well as linear holo. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
