Happy Friday! I have the Jen & Berries Crescent City Trio to share with you all today!
The Jen & Berries Crescent City Trio is a set of shimmery, holographic flake shades inspired by each of the Crescent City books by Sarah J Maas.

For the fine details, I do use Apres Gel X Nails in Extra Short Stiletto which are clear nails. I do not use blurring base coats or anything to increase opacity of the nails – and it shows during my YouTube videos especially. With the clear nails, if you can see through the tip still – then odds are you will also see VNL through the polish I have on. If you cannot see through them, then opacity was likely reached
I work during the day in a medical office, and on weekends I enjoy day time shenanigans with my son – so most of my swatching is done at night in studio lighting. I also use a fairly basic, older point and shoot camera (Nikon L830) and I don’t do any fun frills to be fancy cause I don’t know how, if we’re being completely honest.

Jen & Berries | Light It Up
Light It Up is a flamingo pink sheer tinted base with intense pink to peach to gold shifting shimmer that shows a tiny bit of green at extreme angles, with holographic flakes mixed in. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
Jen & Berries | Leveled Up
Leveled Up is a light sky blue tinted sheer base with intense pink to red to orange to gold to green shifting shimmer that shows a bit of blue at extreme angles, as well as holo flakes. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Geared Up is an indigo tinted sheer base with purple to pink to gold shifting shimmer and holo flakes. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

All 3 of these look amazing in person. Photos don’t do them justice. My favorite is Leveled Up, followed very closely by Geared Up. All 3 shades start of very sheer but build nicely.
