Happy Thursday morning! I haven’t actually been to sleep yet, but I took an ill timed nap after work and now I’m wide awake. So – I’m going to use this time for us to look at the Great Lakes Lacquer Beyond The Reef Collection!
This is a vibrant and mostly shimmery 9 piece collection inspired by Moana. There is a 10th shade… and you can find it in the December Polish Pickup shop from December 2nd – December 5th… that one is called Did You Like The Song?
This collection will be releasing on November 25th at 9PM Eastern, and for Black Friday there will be reduced collection pricing and individual bottle pricing, after Sunday the 27th though – pricing returns to normal. I’ll have both pricing variations at the bottom of this post.

Great Lakes Lacquer | I Know The Way
I Know The Way is a deep blurple jelly base loaded with strong green to aqua to indigo shifting shimmer and a very soft holo finish. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
Great Lakes Lacquer | Kaka WHAT?!
Kaka WHAT?! is a softy peanut butter brown crelly base with strong pink to gold to green shimmer mixed in. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Shiny is a light gold metallic microflake mix in a clear base, with holo microflake, linear holo pigment and gold to pink to green to blue iridescent shifting flake. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
This shade is both delicate and bold at the same time.

Should We Maybe Just… Cook Him? is a juicy, vibrant orange jelly with lime green to blue to purple shifting large particle shimmer. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

The Heart is a jade green crelly base loaded with glowing blue to indigo shifting shimmer and a subtle, soft scattered holo. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

The Village Chief is a slightly coral tinged pink crelly base loaded with green to aqua to indigo shifting shimmer. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

You Know Who You Are is a clear base loaded with micro holo flake, a soft linear holographic, black to orange to red shifting microflake, and red to orange to gold shifting iridescent flake. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
