Breast Cancer Awareness Charity Polishes 2018
As most of us know, October is Breast Cancer Awareness month. Jill from Glisten & Glow made this trio of charity polishes for it. These are the Glisten & Glow Breast Cancer Awareness Charity Polishes 2018!
This trio comes from a close, personal place in her heart. Back in July, Jill’s mom was diagnosed with Stage 2 Breast Cancer. Jill created this trio with her mother to raise awareness of early detection, breast cancer as a whole, as well as a way of helping women during this difficult time.
Most women in my family have had breast cancer (and caught it early!) so this trio hits home with me as well.
Let’s take a closer look at each shade as well as the cuticle oil.
Glisten & Glow | Pink Is Stronger Than You Think
Pink Is Stronger Than You Think is a light bubblegum pink creme that is loaded with pink and copper shimmer and a light dusting of holo. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
Glisten & Glow | Big or Small, Save Them All
Big or Small, Save Them All is a medium pink crelly that has a ton of blue, purple and pink UCC flakes and a light dusting of holo. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
Glisten & Glow | The Breast is Yet to Come
The Breast is Yet to Come is a dark magenta/pink nail polish with a sparkling shimmer. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
Glisten & Glow | Cuticle Oil Pen
There is also a new cuticle pen this month called Fight Strong. Fight Strong is a fruity blend of passion fruit and guava with top notes of berry and pink pepper.
I also attempted nail art with all 3 polishes.. It’s not the best, but I had to for Breast Cancer!

100% of the profits from the sale of this trio will be donated to the Cancer Center in Connecticut where Jill’s mom is receiving her treatments. The donation will be earmarked for women who need financial assistance for their own treatment.
