Birthday Quad
Tomorrow is Jill’s Birthday – and she’s got a gorgeous quad releasing to celebrate. Years fly by so quick, and I’m pretty sure Jill was only 31 when I first met her online. This was before she was making polish – she only did bath and body (Peach Sangria scent is life!) so I’ve watched her grow as a brand for several years. Hope you have the happiest of birthday’s Jill!
Today we’ll be looking at the Glisten & Glow Birthday Quad!
It’s always easy for me to remember Jill’s birthday because it’s the day after Nick’s (yup – he’s 29 today!)
I’m loving the shades Jill picked for her quad. I am a purple lover, so all the purple shades or elements within the quad make my little heart pitter patter.

Glisten & Glow | 38 Wishes
38 Wishes is an ultra marine blue scattered holographic with pink to purple ultrachrome chameleon flakes, bronze to orange ultrachrome chameleon flakes, as well as green to gold color shifting shimmer. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
This polish had so much going on – my camera seriously flipped out at all the little details.
Glisten & Glow | 1981
1981 is a thermal! This shade goes from a dark indigo purple when cold to a medium grape purple while warm. It has a scattered holographic effect and blue shimmers, as well as silver holographic microglitters. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
Glisten & Glow | It’s Capricorn Season
It’s Capricorn Season is a medium grey crelly base with a rainbow of ultrachrome chameleon flakes and a strong pink to purple shimmer. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
Glisten & Glow | Thirty Eight & Great
Thirty Eight & Great is a medium dusty, pink leaning purple crelly with blue ultrachrome chameleon flakes and royal to aqua unicorn shimmers. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
Glisten & Glow | Birthday Quad
All 4 shades are beautifully done, but my top two are 38 Wishes and 1981. I had no application issues with any of these shades.
